Frontier Airlines announced today that it has partnered with ForeFlight to provide Frontier pilots with ForeFlight Mobile as part of their Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program. Upon successful completion of a six month evaluation, Frontier plans to use the iPad as an EFB on all flights. ForeFlight Mobile will provide pilots supplemental weather information and NOTAM information as part of the EFB program.
ForeFlight is very excited to have worked with Frontier Airlines over the past year on this effort. Frontier is the first 121 carrier to announce the use of ForeFlight products for official use!
